New Version MailSync 3.10!

A New MailSync Has Been Released ...... And The Crowd Goes WILD! –– New features to enhance your overall Service Desk experience.

We are pleased to announce a new and improved MailSync with features that enable Service Desk organizations to spread and share knowledge among their users. The new features make it easier for Service Desk organizations to connect with users and resolve issues in a timely fashion. Our goal has been to make Service Desk a more powerful tool for the support organization, and this release is definitely a step in the right direction.

Define Any Contact As A Customer: This has probably been the most anticipated feature in the 3.10 release of MailSync - and it's now all yours! Basically, this feature adds much more flexibility to the Service Desk user's workflow. It no longer matters who sent a support request via email, because you now have the ability to open a ticket for ANY contact from Any email! A perfect example could be a support issue that comes from a contact who is not defined in Service Desk or one that was sent on behalf of someone else. Now, you're able to properly assign the end-user of the ticket, regardless of who originally emailed it in. Not only will this eliminate confusion and possible duplication issues, as an agent you will be more productive in Service Desk.

Custom Contact Fields: Ready to customize your workflow? We thought so too. Our latest custom field is the contact field, in which you are now able to assign custom attributes to different types of contact. If you're a Service Desk support organization required to specify a contact field such as, "Called-In-By", this is right up your alley!

Stronger Support For Multi-Tenancy: The latest version of MailSync now supports Multi-Tenant configurations in Service Desk. This feature adds to and includes support for Service Contract configurations.

List Cache Improvements: Due to popular demand, we've spent many hours improving the caching of large lists of categories used in MailSync. These improvements should speed-up usability from email-to-email, and hopefully improve your overall experience with MailSync.
