MailSync in Vegas!

 

MailSync was a Royal Flush at CA World 2010 –– MailSync was proudly presented at CA World 2010 by our sister company, OakTree Solutions, and had a great reception. Feedback was tremendous and almost everyone with Service Desk expressed the need for the solution (there were a few who don't accept any emails to the support team, Yay for them!).

We were able to validate that the new features coming in the mid-June release, such as opening tickets on behalf of another contact, supporting multi-tenancy, and allowing multiple contacts per ticket, are exactly what is needed within the CA Service Desk community, so stay tuned and look out for the new release.
